Become the fullest version
of yourself
I work with people who want to explore the patterns, relationships, and internal narratives that shape their lives - whether they’re looking for a focused piece of work or a longer process of change. My practice blends Transactional Analysis psychotherapy with integrative coaching, leaving room for both emotional depth and practical clarity.
-
Many of the people I work with carry complex histories or a sense of inner contradiction. Sometimes they feel pulled in different directions - craving closeness but fearing it, longing for change but unsure how to move forward, wanting freedom but needing security.
I have particular experience supporting:
People in non-monogamous or relationship anarchist relationships
Queer, questioning, and gender-diverse clients
Neurodivergent people, especially those with ADHD or autism
Those struggling with shame, boundaries, and self-doubt
Therapists, coaches, and practitioners seeking a reflective space of their own
You don’t need the “right” label. If something in you is drawn to working together, we’ll begin there.
-
My style is non-judgemental, curious, and compassionate - but also direct. I listen with care, ask incisive questions, and when it’s useful, I bring in psychological ideas that can help you see yourself in a new way.
One of my strengths is creating a space where people feel truly heard and where their voice matters. That sense of being recognised often helps them find their own clarity and direction. My aim is to support you in building your own sense of empowerment and agency.
-
My practice is integrative. Transactional Analysis psychotherapy is my foundation, alongside other frameworks such as attachment theory, trauma recovery, and nervous system regulation.
Depending on what you bring, I may lean more into therapeutic or coaching tools. If a theme arises that calls for more regular therapeutic work, I’ll be clear about that and guide you accordingly.
At its heart, this work is relational: growth happens not just through insight, but through being met with respect, honesty, and understanding.
Ways We Can
Work Together
Therapy
The therapy I offer is open-ended, and weekly or twice weekly. It provides the consistency and safety needed for deeper exploration, including trauma recovery. This allows for sustained change to unfold, supporting you to develop self-understanding, resilience, and new ways of relating. This type of work is chosen by those who want to go further into their history, reshape long-standing patterns, or build lasting change.
Coaching
Coaching is for individuals or couples who want to meet at their own pace. This might mean a one-off conversation to think something through, monthly sessions to stay accountable, or sessions when something comes up. You choose the timing, and we use the coaching space however feels most useful to you. While therapeutic themes may arise, deeper exploration of these is best held within regular, longer-term therapy sessions.
Consultation
Consultation is for coaches, therapists, and other helping professionals who want guidance in working with non-monogamous, relationship anarchist, or queer clients. Come regularly or on an ad-hoc basis, and we’ll explore your case material and counter-transference. Consultation is for practitioners who want informed, non-judgemental support to deepen their confidence and competency in this area.
